BUSINESS FORUM · BUYER GUIDE
See the decision before you see the deal.
Use four lenses to organize questions. If essential information is missing, pause and obtain qualified review.
Educational orientation only. This guide does not determine value, financing, terms, or a purchase decision.
Four review lenses
Records → operations → commitments → economics.
What exists?
Ask for the period, source, and gap in essential records.
What depends on whom?
Identify customer, supplier, person, and process dependencies.
What carries forward?
Surface leases, contracts, permits, and obligations.
What assumptions matter?
Separate price and financing questions from conclusions.
Keep the question with the record
For each category, note what is available, which period it covers, who can explain it, and what needs independent review.
Stop-and-check rule
Pause on missing essential records, undocumented claims, unexplained changes, terms you do not understand, or pressure to decide early.
