Founded in 2024
The Global Munnurukapu Association was founded in 2024 by a group of dedicated NRI volunteers who saw a need for a structured, transparent, and truly free community organization for Munnurukapu families in the United States.
The Mahasabha 2025
In August 2025, GMA hosted the first Global Munnurukapu Mahasabha at Droumavalla Farm in Leesburg, Virginia — a two-day gathering that brought together hundreds of families for cultural programs, keynote speeches, a Matrimony Meet, and the Sri Venkateshwara Kalyanam ceremony.
