Vanitha Resource · Connect

What a peer circle can make possible.

Small, regular conversations can make it easier to learn, set goals, and feel less alone in the work of growing and leading.

Small groups can create meaningful momentum

Lean In describes Circles as small peer groups that meet regularly to connect and learn through structured discussion and leadership materials. The underlying idea is useful for Vanitha: a consistent, well-facilitated group can help members build trust, accountability, and confidence.

What Vanitha will do before starting any Circle

Listen first

Gather interest by topic, time zone, language preference, and availability without over-collecting personal details.

Set clear norms

Publish a purpose, confidentiality expectation, attendance approach, and concern-reporting path before the first meeting.

Train facilitators

Give volunteer facilitators a simple agenda, escalation route, and guidance on inclusive participation.

Interested in a future Vanitha Circle?

Vanitha is gathering interest and will publish next steps only after the format, facilitators, and participation standards are ready.
