Technique explanation
Your audience reads your body before they hear your words. Stand tall, feet planted, hands visible — an open posture signals confidence and even helps you feel it. Eye contact connects: hold one person for a few seconds, then move across the room. Gestures should illustrate your words (show size, contrast, growth), not flap nervously. Movement should be purposeful — a few steps to mark a new point, then plant and stay still. When in doubt: stand still, hands open, look someone in the eye.
