Global Munnurukapu Association (GMA)
Last updated: 26 September 2026
GMA has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on gmaworld.org and in the GMA mobile app. These standards explain what we prohibit, how to report a concern and what we do when we receive one.
Who can use GMA services
GMA member accounts and the GMA app are for adults aged 18 and over. GMA Matrimonial is for adults only; profiles of anyone under 18 are not permitted.
What is prohibited
Any content, message or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child is prohibited, including:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind;
- grooming, or any attempt to contact a child for sexual purposes;
- sextortion, or threats involving intimate images;
- trafficking or the sale of children.
This applies everywhere on GMA services: profiles, photos, listings, posts and private messages.
How to report a concern
- Use the Report option on a matrimonial profile or a classified listing.
- Email president@gmaworld.org with the subject "Child safety".
- Call the GMA helpline: 855-686-6878.
If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first (911 in the US, 112 in India).
What GMA does
- GMA moderators review every child-safety report promptly.
- Content that breaks these standards is removed, and the accounts involved are suspended or closed.
- We preserve information as the law requires.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in the US, and to the relevant authorities elsewhere.
- We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
