Belonging Should Never Have a Price
GMA membership is free because we believe belonging to our community should never depend on a fee. After you sign up, the membership team reviews your application. Once you are approved, you and your whole household can use every program, every event and every service GMA offers. Patron and Grand Patron are voluntary giving levels that sustain GMA.
Membership Categories & Fees
Per the GMA Bylaws (Section 4.2.1), membership is offered in the following categories. Joining is always free — the Student and Community categories carry no fee. Patron and Grand Patron are voluntary giving levels that sustain GMA.
The spouse of a member is considered a member in the same category. Minor children up to age 18 are considered family members under the same category. Every Founding Member is a Patron Member.
What Membership Includes
Every GMA member — regardless of tier — receives full access to the following:
GMA Academy
Telugu language classes, Vedic math, Python programming, Generative AI, and financial literacy for children and adults.
SEVA Emergency Support
Access to the GMA SEVA emergency assistance network (855-686-6878, available 24/7 for crises).
Matrimonial Service
Verified, private matrimonial platform exclusively for GMA member families.
Events & Festivals
Invitations to all GMA chapter events, festivals (Ugadi, Bathukamma, Dasara, Diwali, Sankranti), and the biennial Mahasabha convention.
Business Network
Access to the GMA Business Forum with 50+ business owners, mentorship, and GMA Wall Street financial education sessions.
Youth Scholarships
Children of member families are eligible for GMA annual youth scholarships.
Health Programs
Free tele-consultations, health seminars, and cancer support coordination.
WhatsApp Community
Verified member access to GMA community WhatsApp groups.
Foundation Projects
Participation in GMA Foundation initiatives — Adopt a Village, student scholarships in India, and village development projects.
How to Join — 7 Short Steps
Joining takes about 3 minutes. The sign-up form has 7 short steps:
- Account — Your name, email address and phone number.
- About you — A few questions about you and your work.
- Family — Your family members, so your household is included.
- Volunteering — Tell us if you would like to volunteer with GMA.
- Services — Choose the GMA services you want, and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
- Confirm — Check your answers.
- Complete — You are done. The membership team reviews new members.
Joining is free. Paid Patron levels can be added any time after you register. No documents are required. Your whole household is covered under one membership.
